Off Script Terms of Service
1. Purpose of the App
Off Script is a private tool designed to help couples and close partners improve communication, explore compatibility, and track relationship health through questionnaires, shared activities, and the Love Bank feature.
2. End-to-End Encryption & Privacy
All sensitive data (answers, Love Bank transactions, notes, etc.) is encrypted on your device before leaving it. We use strong end-to-end encryption between you and your connected partner(s). Off Script cannot read the content of your encrypted data. Your data is only accessible to people you explicitly connect with inside the app.
3. Data We Collect
Basic account information from Google Sign-In (email, name, profile photo). Device information necessary for push notifications and encrypted sync. Anonymous usage analytics to improve the app. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you choose to share with your partner(s). Do not share information through the app that you would not be comfortable having your partner see. You must be at least 18 years old to use Off Script.
5. User Content & Conduct
Off Script lets you enter text (question answers, Love Bank notes, etc.) shared privately with partners you connect to. You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, non-consensual, or otherwise objectionable.
If you encounter abusive or policy-violating content from a connected partner, remove the partner connection in the app and report the issue to support@youramaryllis.us. We review reports and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Accounts and Device Registration
The app requires Google Sign-In and will register your device to enable encrypted sync and push notifications. You can disconnect relationships or delete your data at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Off Script is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or decisions made based on content within the app.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
